Lean Ground Beef: One pound or five pound packages, available year round $5.00 per pound
Stew Beef: One pound packages, $5.00 per pound
Sausages: Breakfast sausage, Bavarian Smokies, German Bratwurst, Mild Italian, Honey garlic Smokies, Chorizo
Pepperoni: Honey garlic and regular spice
Freezer Beef: Vacuum packed $4.00 per pound, sold by the side, cut, wrapped and frozen to your specifications. Weight is based on “hanging weight” of the side. “Hanging weight” is the weight of a side of beef as it hangs on the rail in a meat cooler.
Beef Meat Packs: Vacuum packed $7.00 per pound, processed weight or butcher shop weight. Each pack has a variety of cuts including roasts, steaks, ribs, stew, and ground beef. Two sizes small 35 lbs. and large 60 lbs.
Individual Cuts of Beef: We have a limited supply of prime roasts and steaks. If you haven’t tried our beef this may be the opportune time. All beef is frozen and prices per cut vary. The cuts of roasts are: Inside Roast/Baron of Beef Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Leg Roast, Rump Roast, Eye of Round Roast, Cross Rib Roast, and Prime Rib Roast. The roasts range in size from 3 – 6 pounds. For steaks we have Rib Eye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steak, and New York Striploin Steak. Steaks are packaged two in a package. Whole Tenderloin and Tenderloin Medallion Steaks are also available.
Chicken: $4.00 per pound/$8.82 kg, whole roasting free run chicken, 100% veggie feed, range in size from 4 - 8 pounds
Eggs: Free Range Brown Eggs $4.50 per dozen
