Our cattle are grass-fed and finished from start to finish — no shortcuts. We raise Hereford and Angus, two breeds renowned for producing exceptional beef, and they graze on high-quality forage grown right here on the farm. It shows in the meat: leaner, richer, and full of the kind of flavour that's hard to find in a grocery store. Our community in Nanoose Bay has known and trusted that for years.
