Egg & Market Team Member

If you’re someone who enjoys variety in their work, values local agriculture, and is eager to contribute wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re currently looking to hire new team members to join us in permanent, year-round roles. These roles will focus primarily on egg-related tasks and supporting our on-farm market, but the ideal candidates will also be open to helping out with other seasonal farm activities as needed.

  • Are comfortable with repetitive tasks and attention to detail

  • Take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly

  • Have customer service experience or enjoy working with the public

  • Are reliable, adaptable, and open to learning

Starting wage: Minimum wage ($17.85/hour), with a performance review after 60 days.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Egg Duties:

  • Collecting, grading, inspecting, and packing eggs using egg handling equipment

  • Keeping egg grading areas clean and food-safe

  • Following food safety standards and procedures

Market Duties:

  • Offering warm and helpful customer service

  • Operating our point-of-sale system

  • Restocking and organizing displays and inventory

  • Keeping the market area clean and tidy

Other tasks could include light landscaping or farm-related support during busier seasons. No two days on the farm are exactly the same—and that’s part of the fun!

Education required:

  • High school diploma

  • Level 1 first aid certification (preferred)

  • Food safe certificate (preferred)

  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training

  • Ability to work indoors and on weekends

  • Capacity to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
