Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Boursin
These Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Boursin are an easy, crowd-pleasing side dish that's perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any fall dinner. Roasted until caramelized, then finished with creamy Boursin cheese and hot honey, this simple recipe delivers big flavor with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
16 oz Michell’s Farm Brussels sprouts
5.2 oz Boursin cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp seasoning salt
1 tbsp hot honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Mix Boursin with olive oil until smooth; spread in the bottom of a 13×9 baking dish.
Place sprouts cut-side down on top of the cheese. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake 28–30 minutes. Let rest 5–10 minutes, then drizzle with hot honey before serving.
